Have lots of Canadian friends and have spent lots of time living in Canada. OP's post is quite correct. Group think and civil obedience are the Canadian way for many, probably most, Canadians.
Also agree that Australia and New Zealand are very far gone and may be too far gone to bring them back to government of, by and for the people.
I also wonder if the US, as a nation, can fully recover from being dumbed down as far as we have been. The reasoning ability of the younger generations, very broadly speaking, has been greatly degraded. Where will the great numbers of excellent teachers needed to correct this huge ability deficit come from?
Even if we can turn the tide of corruption in government and business and elect decent representatives it is going to take several generations to bring our people back to a highly educated condition.
So why does it seem to be the "plan" to let things get into so dire a situation? The reason we are given is that the normies "need" to be shown. Is it worth the avoidance of civil unrest to let things get so bad that we MAY never fully recover as a nation?
My opinion on the "plan" is no.
Allowing the vaccine holocaust was letting things go too far. Allowing the full scale corruption of research (physics! mathematics! cosmology!) was letting things go too far.
My current take on it is that it will take about three generations or about 75 years to "repair the damage" that has been allowed - if it can be repaired in the "post dystopia" at all.
My current view of the future is that things are going to get hot and we're going to have a long hot summer but that Trump is going to be reinstated as rightful President. There will be a wonderful recovery period. The US will recover economically but the deeper problems such as the national loss of the ability to think accurately aren't going to go away in one generation. Also I think the vaxes are going to kill a great many more than have died from them so far.
If this is the plan I think there was a better one. Basically I think we should have moved sooner, more forcefully and more openly to overcome the ds. Once we had regained control of the media the normies could have been meaningfully informed.
Lincoln-like.
It seems to me that the Trump-Q people are trying to see themselves in terms of "the superior man" of the I Ching and the Tao Teh King - the man who accomplishes without seeming to "do".
The answer to this is that the outward appearance of action is unavoidable even when a person is not apparently "doing" anything. Being still - is what they are doing. The knowledge of not being the cause of events is self-knowledge. It is our knowledge that we are part of universal action - whether we are in combat or being comfy at home with Mr. Cat and a cup of covfefe.
