There's several threads about this same topic. Sorry I can't be much more help. Start searching the threads.

I know Bromelain cleaves the spike protein. Nattokinase is good for clots. This is just the tip of the iceberg though

Africans really don't like African American culture. There are valid reasons for it

Lets be honest. It's shit culture. Fast food, Derogatory music, Drug abuse, "Fuck them kids" mentality, people having kids who shouldn't be, "give me my free govt handouts", lack of responsibility for own actions; always someone else's fault.

This leads to calls of equality when said group gets lower scores on testing in school, etc. A whole host of 'reasons' for this disparity is shouted from media instigators. Never is it the consequences of my own actions. If one group's parents pay more attention to their child's studies and devote time to it; and the other does not, it shows.

I've come to believe some groups of people around the world NEED a god fearing spiritualism. You see this in Afghanistan, if they don't have strict Muslim laws all the country goes to shit with opium and crime.

At some point you have to admit they do it to themselves. We can't fall back on "oh its just govt policy doing this" forever. At some point you call a bad egg a bad egg.

Most other minority groups in the US that don't have these endemic problems. They work their way up. Different culture, different people.

If it isn't the consequences of my own actions

So whos paying for these kids medicaid and welfare throughout its life? Or are you suggesting getting rid of welfare and medicaid?

The 1st generation are hard workers. The ones after get progressively lazier and end up on welfare with too many kids. Gangs, drugs, abuse. There are exceptions but its a drag on society

Exercise helps some people. Having meaningful hobbies. Hanging around like minded people is huge. If you hang around people who like to drink it's even worse. Maybe supplements to help lift your mood when you are feeling down

100% this. Address illegal immigration, H1B1 visa overstays, as well as legal immigration. And we don't need to import a million+ 'legal' immigrants each year when our economy has out of control inflation and leaning into a recession.

This 100%. They will never wakeup if the media narrative is constantly pointing to the virus for their troubles. They won't even consider the jabs a possible source

I can second this. Good stuff but may not be as potent as aspirin by milligram. Definitely do some research on dosage if you go this route.

Recent news shows the spike protein may inject its matter into bacteria in the gut. Seems like you'd need another protocol to clear out the bad stuff from there too.

So use a bandana or something if you absolutely must. I'm more concerned about the billions of masks waste that ended up in our waterways and landfills. Environmentalists don't want to talk about it

Museums need to be setup with mandatory field trips for future generations. Its appalling how easy it is to trick humanity

They need to catch as many of the vermin as possible. To safeguard the future. Make no mistake, this is war
