I meant that as-in "an instance of now" not the now-now we are currently in, but another "now" that is the present moment for someone else at another time. So, imagine someone from the future, going back to the past, doing something which immediately changes the timeline to include this song. We in the present moment suddenly notice this new thing, but it has all the characteristics of something that always had occurred, but didnt before the future actor went back to make it happen.
