Am I reading this right? It sounds to me like what Gregg is saying is that once a mule was pinged inside a geo-fence, they were able to capture the phone ID of the mule, along with the IDs of people the mule communicated with.

If this is the case, this is huge. One would be able to map out the entire web of people involved in ballot harvesting. And....not only this, but map out the entire web of Ukraine habbenings.
