I've been pretty startled by recent trends in media
One Piece Netflix adaptation, all pirate ships are being built full scale from real wood
TOP GUN movie in theatres, not one CG plane, all real flights
Most of Disney's output over the next year is live action
So I started thinking
Are the rendering farms being used exclusively for deep fakes and psyops? Therefore entertainment has to do everything with as little CG as possible
My wife is very “sensitive” to CGI. She hates it. Needless to say we rarely go to theater to see movies. We did see new Top Gun and she liked it. It’s like people moving back to vinyl because some people really can hear a difference.
Interesting thought. Seems like world maybe moving out of meta verse?
