I am sure that is true in some cases...however, I am (still) willing to believe that the majority of us humans have an intrinsic, God-given, respect and empathy for other human beings...hard to see that in today’s matrix (version 574.01?), but I experience it daily in interactions with people I don’t know...just sayin...
