This is my theory; because it wasn't meant to be a false flag initially, but the start of an actual war. Trump figured out what their plan was and used it against them, and wanted to see how they would go along with it, and in a way encouraged them. The FF part of it (babbitt and the fake insurrection) was their cheap 2nd trick for optics. That's why the coordination with everything on that day was so messed up. Even the capitol police were confused. Pelosi rejected the DC NG orders because that was HER plan at first and since the real plan horribly failed before it started, she didn't want to be associated with it (basically she got called on it and flinched). Pence being involved kinda ended up being a bishop sacrifice, but he had to be in order for the knowledge that Trump knew to not be associated with him at that time. Then for damage control, she gets them to come anyway hoping that will still scare people even after the event, to make it look more like we were still going to lock down the government. Makes them sleep in the fucking parking garage, for no reason. The announcement of jan 6th was the realization to them that Trump knew the election was rigged, and he let it happen anyway.. WE didn't know this yet though, and when it actually happened, it was easy to see that this wasn't a natural movement to take over the captiol by Trump, but a plan already in place that got played out in a WH controlled manner, for the most part.
