This wouldn't be a issue if our society wasn't a bunch of degenerates that are consumed with themselves. I agree though it is a scam, women get waaaay to much money in child support that most of the time doesn't even go to the child. Men get utterly fucked when it comes to their children, even if the mom is not mother material the courts still give the mother the kid when the dad was paying all the bills etc. I have a cousin who got a divorce and his ex wife got his son, he had to pay 750.00$ a month child support and the dumb fuck gave her his house he paid off to her. So naturally she quit her job and started to bang any coomers that showed up to her house, while he rented a shitty studio apartment and lived off of bologna sandwichs and lays chips.

If the woman asks for sole custody the man should provide money voluntarily, but should have visitation rights based on support and vice Versailles the man has sole custody.. I am totally against alimony in divorce cases. This might make couples think twice before divorce, or before getting married. I have seen women who marry because they want to stay home and not work, hence alimony. Same holds true for the man who wants to stay home, not work and expects alimony. Able bodied people should work regardless of sex, not plan on alimony. Likewise if a woman doesn’t want the father to interact with his children, no child support. Neither side should have their cake and eat it too. It is a complex issue. I understand if a spouse is an alcoholic or drug addict, pedophile, into illegal things then you don’t want interaction with the child, so then don’t expect financial support when he/she can’t have interaction with the child. Everything must be done with the benefit of the child in mind: custody, parental involvement, marriage, divorce.
