I don’t remember seeing that in all the Chain of Command photos posted throughout the barracks during my career. Maybe it changed.

I mean 2nd in command as in, if president gets bye bye'd, he's 2nd in command to take over. I'm not talking about national command authority

Exactly. Not in Chain of Command for military unless President is gone. Which he was not.

I never said it was a chain of command for military the. Why are you getting very snippy about this? Even in a military context (not an authorisation CoC). The 1IC dies, the 2IC becomes leader. The 2IC cannot lead as he is not the 1IC
