Being as the 16 amendment was never properly ratified, it would be your patriotic duty not to.

We should amend the 16th amendment, to forbid the collection of federal personal income taxes, and to abolish the IRS.

Why has no tax attorney ever filed suit? Is it because they would be out of a job?

It would not only threaten the attorneys job security, but it would bring into question the financial stability of the judge's cushy paycheck and fat pension as well (talk about a conflict of interest), since all civil servants feed from the hog trough of the 16th amendment.
