Not all of NG tho, just a specific division. Like a special unit, with specific instructions blending into the unaware NG and populace to carry out what they need to
10th Mountain Division if my memory serves me correct.
Supposedly they are trained to fight in mountains, using skis and surviving in the cold. If that's true, I don't see crossover into urban arresting.
If you can kick ass at altitude, you can kick ass at sea-level.
