All of those people around this table (including Barr) testified via taped testimony. We saw none of them sworn in this am. None of them are under oath. The only one who appeared in person and sworn in was Chris Stirewalt.

No one should trust Barr and that includes the DS. Barr is a master at dissembling. He has the ability to say something that is technically true, but still deceive people into believing what they want to hear.

I’m not holding out any hopes, but he always seems to hold the door open to the possibility he could change his opinion. He even supplied the type of evidence that would.

If they have a lot of photographs of the same person dumping a lot of ballots in different boxes, you know that’s hard to explain.

How much impact would there be if people like Barr, Ivanka, and other Republicans that have been trotted out by the January 6th Unselect Committee suddenly say they’ve seen incontrovertible evidence and the election was undeniably stolen?

Barr is setting the bar on what the next rounds of evidence needs to show the public. He is there to maintain the illusion that this is not happing. Almost as if he is tamping down a fire line.

This is a distraction the way a magician would distract. The thing has been done. Now to mime a bit more performance out, get distance from the slight so people won't remember when exactly it was done. Got to have a dramatic reveal.
