Any idea what is causing this? Any idea how far it will dip?
Some are saying it is a massive sell-off by investors amid heightened inflation fears. Why would fear of inflation make you sell? Wouldn't crypto be a kind of safe haven?

The markets are heavily leveraged its been discussed for weeks even before luna crash. Just like stocks, the end of free money is over, only the strong will survive. BTC is down but not nearly as bad as alts.
Leveraged positions lead to liquidations and when that happens it floods the market. Liquidations have been happening with more intensity since Q4 2022.
I hold everything bonds, stocks, gold, silver, crypto, ammo. This cycle is teaching discipline, always have some dry powder to buy when the market is down, this isnt a short term play.
I do want to say the vitriol toward "crypto" on this site is disappointing, the bitcoin community on reddit are lined up with GAW. We are all acting on the best info we believe, I dont care what you invest in, why should I judge another persons investment choices? We will all see and feel the pain/reward.
Most people do not understand BTC and im ok with that. Most people don't understand gold/silver im ok with that. Most people don't understand real estate and im ok with that. You do you.
I'm with you on this diversification, except for ammo, which is quite hard to purchase legally in my country. I'm also counting on my apartment to help keep my investments on track.
