They still don’t want unvaccinated coming in. Would an inbound Canadian who left be able to return?
It seems that unvaxxed Canadians will be able to travel to Canada, but foreigners will still have to prove vaxx status.
Well, Canadians couldn’t leave, or take a train, etc, etc. Still have to “Quarantine” when entering. There was never any real issue about non-Canadians coming in un-jabbed. Turdy only wanted to punish non-jabbed Canadians as it affected his financial bottom line. Hundreds of thousands of unjabbed, visitor, “refugee”, business, etc could come and go with relative ease.
