Four day work week, something suspicious about this.
🤡 Clown World 🌎
Very sus when the world economic forum has been spruiking the four day work week these last few years.
Then recently, UK companies launch a trial for the four day work week. And just YESTERDAY, Australian companies have announced they're trialing four day work weeks.
This is all orchestrated. Klaus Schwab is smiling.
After all, you will work less, you will earn less, you will own nothing and you will be happy.
Like fuck the cabal I get it. But hear me out on this. Whats wrong with a 4 day work week? WE are constantly complaining we never have time to be with kids, wives, side hoes...whatever. WELL. Why MUST we be on a 5 day schedule??? This is literally the Schedule the cabal created for us....Goyim slaves.....just saying. Fuck them. Do side work on "days off" if you still wanna "chase the bag $$$$"
I agree with your sentiment. If the change was coming from a trustworthy authority, I’d be all for it. But it’s not from someone trustworthy, they ALWAYS have some ulterior motive.
Different strokes for different folks. If you work 4-10s you get home later those 4 days, less time for Family or chores. Then you have an extra day off which can lead to more expenses for leisure activities. You may also need to rearrange your child care schedules, and that is expensive and difficult. Many child care places charge a 'lot' of money if you run late...
Working just 8 hours daily allows more time for people to comfortably manage work hours and kid-school hours and still leave some time for daily chores, activities. If you work 4-10s you miss a good bit of your kids' school things and activities as they grow.
I always preferred 5-10s myself but that was me trying to save money.... and it worked, we wouldn't have been able to save enough to open our own business without those hours. And 'me' being 'me' I always lost money on 4-10s because Party on the three days off...
No, don't you understand? Businesses are just giving everyone a 20% pay rise and they aren't asking for anything in return. There is no ulterior motive, they aren't going to pull a bait and switch later on... they just really care about all their workers and value them so much that they're happy to give a 20% pay rise for nothing in return.
I worked a 4 day week for nearly 10 years. 4-10 hour shifts. 3 day weekends.
Plus, an overtime day is 15 hrs pay.
I enjoyed it.
Much better than 3-12 hrs shifts. That company paid more per hr to make up the lost 4 hrs/wk
Lots of places do a 4 day work weeks-- called 4 tens- that's 4 shifts of 10 hrs to make your fourty hrs Cops, firefighters, nurses, doctors, hotel, restaurant, construction, etc... Not a novel concept
4 day work week huh? Doesn’t hit service industries, healthcare industries, retail industries… pretty much only manufacturing industries, municipalities, government offices…. Blah blah…
So we’re increasing production… with use of automation.
Shrinks corporate expenses while maintaining profit
