The answer to your second point might well be they did this intentionally. As people try to debunk the movie and the investigation they will generate a list of reasons why they don’t believe it. If the answers to that list are kept in reserve, then it bolsters the credibility of the investigation when those answers are provided.

“If they have a lot of photographs of the same person dumping a lot of ballots in different boxes, you know that’s hard to explain.”
