I live in alabama and due to high heat index our utility company is issuing "voluntary curtailment" from 2pm to 5pm to reduce the load on the plant. Something tells me the voluntary part is temporary...
Ill be clear that it is sweltering outside with heat index arpund 105 and im in a rapidly growing city but am curious if anyone else is seeing their power companies send out these notices? I have heard of it in commiefornia but never in the south locally.
Yeah that agenda has been running here in Texas for a while, always trying to scare people into moar green energy and less cars, less AC, less oil/gas/energy period.
It's worse on people tied to a large shared grid, that is, a grid which serves more than one State because more government always means more troubles and costs.
We have our own separate grid here but the Deep State Enemies still try to manipulate us, solar and wind dependency is a thing and THAT sorry state of affairs causes a lot of pain.
