I really don't understand those that down vote someone for asking a question. Isn't the purpose of this forum to help each other understand the myriad issues surrounding thousands of corrupt people and their crimes? Isn't the goal to "awaken" everyone? I don't personally care if I get down voted. I'm not here for points and haven't cared about my unpopular opinions for decades so knock yourself out.
I don't get it either. I think asking questions should be encouraged. This was a big story at the time, but hey, there's a big story every week. You don't need to be down voted for not knowing and asking to be brought up to speed.
