Furthermore, it's the same account, same Followers, etc. Old posts ported back in. Takes special admin to change account level @ name without needing to make a whole new account.

That's why I specified Q's "@" handle, not the username, the actual handle... not modifiable on Truth for end users.

I can change my username to anything I want to.

I can not change my @ / handle at all. No one can. Without back-end admin support/direct access.
