I remember a while back, somebody on here posting a bunch about something like "capitalization matters"... v8power do you remember who it was? Maybe it was Norman_F_Dixon, CHAOS_ACTUAL, or one of the other covfefe crew? CONDOR maybe you remember?

Maybe it was our good friend ExpertBread / NotExpertBread?

Ah yes ok it was him. For some reason just thought of that phrase about capitalization... perhaps q going to Q was relevant. Maybe not. Interesting in rereading those comments it seemed to have been more about "capitOlization" within a context of the seat of government?
