You answered my question on the peroxide
The one thing that did help, but not a lot and not from the book, was a mushroom extract. https://smile.amazon.com/Host-Defense-Respiratory-Supplement-Cordyceps/dp/B00RRW9CBC/ref=sr_1_9?crid=23VSFPUG1PCVK&keywords=mushroom+supplement+lungs&qid=1655256394&sprefix=mushroom+supplement+lungs%2Caps%2C253&sr=8-9
Really, the best help has been from a prescription inhaler, using good air purifiers throughout the house, staying in when air pollution is bad and of course quitting smoking many years ago.
With the air pollution and dust around here, I'd never be able to leave the house.
I wish I knew what to tell you. We have a lot of dust out here too, pollution isn't too bad most of the time unless there's a forest fire on the mountain. I do have an air filter system on my car that filters the air inside the car and it really helps.
People really shouldn't be pushing this. You know they no longer recommend using peroxide on wounds because it kills tissue. Who wants to kill more tissue in already damaged lungs? I know it made me feel awful. And who knows what's happening to people using regular drugstore peroxide or using too much, etc.
