Fry beats Rice in SC. Rice was one of the RINOS who voted to impeach Trump.

I’ll never understand South Carolina voters. Linda Graham keeps coming back term after term.
In today’s Republican primary, voters stuck with an incumbent (Mark Hammond) Secretary of State who did nothing to investigate the 2020 election to bolster confidence in its accuracy. Yes, Trump carried the state, but there is not high confidence that the counts were accurate. Keith Blandford who ran against Hammond stated his top priority was to ensure Election Integrity. I guess that doesn’t mean much to South Carolinians.
The incumbent (Alan Wilson) Attorney General, states his biggest accomplishment was passing same sex marriage in South Carolina. He is a strong advocate of transgender and gay policies. He has not campaigned on issues of crime reduction. Crime reduction and funding the police were the top campaign points for challenger (Lauren Martel). South Carolinians voted for Wilson’s more liberal, progressive thinking.
Agriculture commissioner incumbent (Hugh Weathers), is a strong believer in the Green New Deal. So much that he supports the taking of fertile crop land and transitioning it into large solar panel farms. We don’t need the food, I guess. His challenger (Bob Rozier) was more focused on the state’s farmers, true agricultural land use, and opposed Green New Deal land confiscation. Voters decided to stick with Hugh acting like AOC.
Not sure if South Carolinian’s just don’t care about the issues, are illiterate or what, but the track record of re-electing Linda over and over is not one to be proud of. Not too proud of Nikki either.
Do consider the voter fraud element.
