What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.

Do your best to get fit. If SHTF, you'll be a better service if you are fit (even if higher fat%) than if you start off with a few extra layers on the expectation that it will burn off before starvation.
This is correct. When you're fit your body does everything more efficiently.
