Supreme Court Justice, Robert Jackson famously quipped, “We are not final because we are infallible, but we are infallible only because we are final.” They have really lost their way with the constitution (by my estimation) so, they should be neither, infallible or FINAL. My thought is they try to be too smart for America's own good, or they are corrupted in some way!
