With the other posters on this. We need less laws not more laws. Also the problem with writing down laws is that it spawns an entire profession of people figuring out loopholes in the law. Like others say, let the community decide. We cheer on centralized top down authority when it suits our purposes and sides with our feelings, but the moment it doesn't yikes centralized authority bad! How long is "our side" going to fall for crap like this?
