Attorney involved in lawsuit against Pfizer claims that Pfizer lied and committed fraud in its vaccine trials, and also its filings with the FDA about those trials.
Pfizer filed a Motion to Dismiss the lawsuit on the grounds that:
It does not matter if Pfizer lied about safety or effectiveness in government filings, because the government knew the filings were false, and therefore it was not fraud.
This was flagged as illegal content.. Why?

Sounds more like Pfizer and the government collectively committed fraud against the public.

Ok. I try this the next time I get a speeding fee. I mean, the Police knows that folks are driving too fast sometimes, so it's not speeding, but meeting their expectations.
Sounds plausible to me... Sort of. Not.
Many government employees think they are "the government", and many individuals dealing with them think that also, but they are both wrong. An employee is just that, and engaging in illegal activity is not within the scope of their employment. No government employee or official, from the President on down, can make illegal actions legal either by participating in or authorizing such action. If what the attorney reports is accurate, Pfizer admitted to engaging in a conspiracy.
I think it's about time we move everyone out of capital hill and raze the area. No government is worthy of this much corruption.
I mean, I just wouldn't want any innocent peons to get hurt, but I also don't want to get added to a list.
