Mine was from an injury doing home health care in 2006, transferring a patient who was 6’5” and appx 250 lb while I was 5’2” and appx 140 lb at the time. Went through L& I (workers comp) and two surgeries and every other treatment then. Diagnosed then with Degenerative disc disease. This March I finally had spinal fusion surgery.
My oldest daughter has been having the achy pain all over and eats healthy and in good shape. She thought she had Fibroyalgia but just got diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis all over and she called me in tears to tell me. She is only 28 and has three little kids.
I can sure relate to you in the digestive stuff. Eleven stomach surgeries for numerous mostly reproductive issues causing excruciating pain left me with alot of scar tissue that had to be removed and now I have IBS and have to live on Miralax because I can’t digest things
Rheumatoid arthritis can often be allergy related.....have one teaspoon bicarb three times a day for a few weeks.this to aid digestion ..and as your stomach produces bicarb is not going to harm.....avoid red meat and acidic food

I will sure mention both of you during my evening prayer.🙏🏻
I think you are really a brave person.💐
Thank you. Brave, how so?
You keep fighting despite your back injury and a challenging life.
God never said my life would br easy. He has given me a mission I must follow through on though.
Just wrote this:
I’ve got a story to tell If I’d only written it down
It’s written down though In the Lamb’s book of life
Grace snd Mercy I’ve been given plenty Without them, I wouldn’t be alive
Blessings and miracles I’ve seen a few
Because of them I know God’s got a job for me to do
He drew me near Pounded me into shape as His Potter’s clay Refined me in the fires as gold
Because of all this painful shaping I have been made anew
Now useful for His purpose As He gives me this job to do
Now as I move forward In obedience and humility
I will serve in Jesus name To accomplish the goal He has set before me

I believe she already does all that. Thank you though
HCQ also helps with arthritis
