Formula is a last resort not an equal source of nourishment. Don’t even get me started on mass produced baby food. My kid is getting our dinner but puréed. No extra heavy metals in that.

You are spot on. We always puréed our dinner and used meat dripping or juices from cooked vegetables to purée our children’s food. Rarely did we buy jarred baby food.
