What does that look like for our society? Where do they all go? Who pays for them? How do we ensure they are properly cared for, loved, protected, housed and fed?
You offer no solution to millions of babies being born to parents who dont want them, cant afford to house or feed them, and will not have the ability to love or protect them.
Seriously. Give me even a simple outline of a solution to this predicament.
I'm not hugely swayed one way or the other, but I've yet to see any sort of solution from the pro-life crowd as to how these babies and their mothers will be cared for. Most of the pro-life crowd I have interacted with are also very anti social services and welfare programs.
So they want these babies to be born, but give zero fucks about what happens to them after birth? It makes no sense.
So say all of these women have these babies.

Kill them all isn't a reasonable or ethical solution.
WHAT IS THE SOLUTION
Where does the moral and ethical obligation end?
That's my issue here.
Somehow our moral obligation to protect these children ends as soon as they leave the womb.
Either offer a solution or stfu
