So I took a few hours of sun on the beach down in South Carolina this passed weekend, didn't use any sunscreen because the pharma companies want to kill us all. I definitely regret that decision. I got a pretty bad sunburn on most of my body - forehead, under forearms, chest and stomach, back, shoulders, and parts of my legs. I work security so I'm on my feet most of the time - shitty colleagues not giving me enough breaks doesn't help. It also causes me to walk with a limp because it's more of a hindrance to walking, rather than pain. It's 9:45pm and I don't have Epsom salt. Any help/advice to reduce the swelling overnight? I'm not expecting it to go away immediately, just as long as I can walk okay.

idk how much skin you need immediate relief for, but hydrogel will do it. Ive seen burns from hot stove pots, hot water, hot coffee, and other various burns disappear in hours. I will never be without hydrogel pads. Theyre called burn pads, target has them, other common places. Look for it to say hydrogel.
If you cant get these, wrap with cold wraps and ice.
