Who do all these employees in companies think they are making demands. You donβt like it leave the company. What Musk says or does in his personal life on social media is none of your damn business. That is called freedom of speech. Likewise you should face no repercussions as to what you say on social media as long as it is not threatening anyone and does not bad mouth an employer. Keep it generic, not specific.
This is the illness of liberalism. Don't forget on the flip side, they want to put employees and townships on equal or superior footing to stock holders as it relates to fiduciary duties of the board. Truly unbelievable. We have pandemic level infection of people with no skin in the game demanding to have a say in what you are doing as if they do.
Liberalism has gone so far as to convince people that (1) they have a right to a job; (2) they have a right to job security - which extends to being able to work at the same exact place for their entire life; (3) said business providing said job must have these employees dictating goals/strategies/policies; (4) said job must provide whatever benefits/time off they can dream up regardless of costs; (5) all business can afford these basic things; (5) they must get paid on a frequent schedule - the executives or owners are barred from pay greater than an arbitrary multiple of their salary; and (6) they are not responsible for any debt or expenses incurred by the owners. Morons is not a powerful enough description.
