They should make the lefty army of violent thugs spend all the ammo by declaring that they will be rendering Dobbs decision in X and then delay to another day.

This would force the evil apparatus to gen up for mayhem, and then require them to standdown. This will cause demons to spend resource, and give preview to their moves.
