Luttig is just another Bush Family lapdog. He's a tool of the Neocons who despise Trump and his anti foreign war policies.

Just another way for the geriatric globalist Bush/Cheney internationalist RINO wing to get back at Trump for destroying their political power within the party. I find it funny how the democrats love the Bushes and their policy of war eternal and regime change now.

Luttig "testified" and said nothing. He blathered on for a bit about "saving democracy" but he was there mostly as a "concerned Republican" trying to give the finger to Trump, the archtypical Uniparty useful goon.
