Guys, let's broaden our perspective and focus on the science instead of our favorite pet theory. This is a broad attack that's lasted decades.
-Look at the changing economics of this country, all done by design. In the 1950's, a male with a high school diploma and a good work ethic could afford a small home for his wife and children and provide them with a high standard of living. That began to change though both culturally and economically.
-Women were encouraged to work. Less family time, less romantic time.
-Many women were forced to work due to changing economics. Most families now have to have two working parents to remain solvent.
-Hormones and anti-depressant compounds have been found in municipal water supplies across the country.
-Then we have the cultural warfare to pit men against women. Difficult to assign a numerical value in terms of births to this fact, but it can't be having a positive impact on birth rates.
-The Covid 19 vaccines. Early data points to the spike protein settling in the delicate tissues of the testicles and ovaries and creating inflammation.
And this is only a partial list. There are other factors as well as this has been multi-spectrum attack on the birthrate in the United States and the Western World. We must appreciate this attack for what it is rather than focusing on pet theories.
Somewhat along the lines of your first few points (changing dynamics between men/women) and your point about testosterone... as a early 30's male, I've noticed a dramatic change in the dating scene over the last ~8years w.r.t. meeting women that are worth 'bringing home to the fam'.
[i.e.-God fearing women that have solid values and aren't asleep.]
Couple that with the fallout of the #metoo nonsense where more men (non-ladyboy types) are genuinely fearful their lives will be ruined by a consenting date making false accusations in a Guilty-Even-When-Proven-Innocent climate.
Then the hormone/depressant/mental health component which absolutely is a worsening factor, especially in younger generations as it precludes healthy relationships conducive to making rabbits.
The transition to 'online dating' which is really just a cesspool of bots & Jezebels, not wholesome men/women for committed relationships.
Needless to say - I believe there is a 'Cultural Sterilization' component to this that is widespread and often overlooked.

-Male testosterone levels have been dropping dramatically for the last several years and nobody in the media is asking why. I'm 47 years old and my testosterone level is currently significantly higher than the average of males 15 to 35: https://www.urologytimes.com/view/testosterone-levels-show-steady-decrease-among-young-us-men
That's a very serious problem.
