Good question! I do not believe the earth is flat (i.e. a round disc similar to a pancake). I also do not believe the earth is approx. 26000 miles in diameter. My reasoning is simple and founded on the extensive library of geography, astronomy, and history books I have read. Furthermore, I believe that at least 1000 years recorded in the history books did not exist, since technological growth was slowed by a factor of 100 relative to before and after the time period.
If anything, I'm merely a skeptic of all accepted fact. I have discovered, despite still being young, that all is lies, unless you go discover and verify for yourself. Hearsay is one thing; TRUTH is a good thing. Unless I feel in my gut that something is logical based on the history, science, circumstances, politics, etc, I will instead study and research until I have satisfied myself with the truth.
Being young is good, less years in the illusion makes it easier to break free from the illusion. I don't fear for the Zoomers during the Great Awakening, as chemically experimented on as they are, they will adapt. I worry for the elderly.
Someone once talked about how a lot of the earth's measurements are unnatural and come out to 666.
I've never believed the flat earth theory, but the fact that it's so prevalent and there are theories of the elite hiding something has me curious as to what it might be..
Is it really that our world is bigger than they say, or is it something else that our minds can't yet comprehend? I'm not sure.
As a 62 yo “boomer” I truly appreciate and applaud your thought process. Doesn’t matter if you are right or wrong, your relentless pursuit of truth, just truth, is so stinking critical. I have 1 tattoo I got 17 years ago Nov, John 8:32. Little did I know how critical those words would be this many years later.
