I have bad vibe from SPIEF. It started on 6-6-6 (15-6-2022). USD rate set from Russian central bank was set to 56.66 as well. Participation fee was 900k RUB. Putin's speech was moved from 2pmto 3pm (15:00 - 6 again). Number comms from the whole event are as cabal as they can get.
