I can't help but believe that this is being done on purpose. The Global Warming scenario requires something dramatic like this to occur. With all the fuckery going on, you can't rely on "official" data either because....... well......they lie.

It's called ‘pumping’, because they pump the water out. A lot of freshwater sources dried up in certain areas around the world (especially in Africa) over the last few decades. It's not natural. Then they blame global warming.
