Ivermectin, after each meal with sunflower oil. If they’re not getting better after a few days, double the dose.

ivermectin may work against viruses and parasites, but I'm not sure it would help much with vaccine damage.

for example, if friend has blood clots, which she almost certainly does, to some degree.
