It’s either vape or smoke cigs. It helped me get off cigs so I’ll continue for now but thanks for your concern.

And yeah I figured thirst was cause of that but even if I’m hydrated it’ll make me thirsty with really sugary food

I appreciate your concern. Also I don’t buy those non refillable devices. I order juice that’s made in USA. But I’m sure they get their flavors from China too.
