Listen to his videos subsequent to the famous one with Jerry. He tells the whole story about what happened, the DS went after him after he ratted them out. He ratted them out because they discharged him for the sexual allegations and he got pissed so he started talking. They then used that allegation to discredit him.

I believe the white hats picked him up for protection at some point or helped him disappear. The guy is very genuine seeming to me.
