They got Joe on the bike by telling him he was going on a ride with a new spokes model.

Identifying as a black man named Schwab Schwinn, Joe's non-bicycle has cycle logical issues and wrapped its chain around his head just like Corn Pop.

Some think it was done in retribution for having been chained everyday to a rack as a black man, making him 'too tired' (sic) .

If reigns are 'whips', then Joe needs to be investigated for chaining a black man, just to be fair.
