I am going to smoke a 23" walleye that my wife caught last night, beating my record of a 22" er I caught last year.

I like putting some nice, fat, salmon steaks on the grill, and when we lived on the NC coast, we would get trigger fish and sometimes shark. Fresh seafood is a little scarce here in NY, away from the coast.
