Went vegan for a while, enlisted in the Army during that time. Got injured during basic, pushed through for as long as I could, got medboarded in just under 3 years. Was irritable, weak, had no stamina, and always tired. Came across the NWO diet(aka vegan diet), realized what a tool I was. Discovered carnivore diet, fast forward about 3 years, now I am much stronger, have a lot more energy, sleep better, mentally stable, ect ect. HOWEVER, I still have some pretty bad digestive issues, low or possible no bile production, and suffering GERD pretty badly.
Moral of this story - Don't do a vegan diet
Apple Cider vinegar for GERD. Make your stomach more acidic.Avoid carbs.
Keto will relieve GERD almost immediately, as will the the total abstinence from all grains.
