Bulls and cows have 4 "stomachs". The first break down the grass they eat into food for the micro-organisms contained in another stomach to eat, grow and thrive on. The fourth stomach kills those microorganisms, the remnants of which functions as the sustenance for cows. Put another way: cows are 100% carnivorous... the human digestive tract is completely different.
Bulls get pretty massive on a vegan diet.
Bulls also have the correct stomach for digesting what they eat, humans don't. Humans digest by enzymes.
And plants take in carbon and sunlight and nourish themselves with that. I.e. apples meet tangelos....
