I hate to be the one to tell you all this but someone has to.

What do you do when you 7 figure plus facility no longer produces a profit?

Do you board it up and sell your hard capital for pennies on the dollar?

Or do you light the place on fire and collect the full value in the form of an insurance check?

Never attribute to malice what can be attributed to insurance fraud.
