The last sentence is gold. my friends that are moving to texas for greener pastures….are in for a surprise. Sometimes I wonder if it’s another ploy to get people to move out of ca so they can scoop up property. Kind of like when real estate developers want to take over old properties and suddenly there’s rat and snake infestations everywhere.
