Many moons ago I had a Mormon boss. Guy was a total prepper. I used to think he was kind of cooky, but hindsight being what it is I realize now he was pretty "based and redpilled", as the vernacular goes.
He didn't boast about his good storage, but he often talked firearms. When I got to know him better, he told me he had 2 years worth of food and water stored up, and 20,000 rounds of ammunition to be sure he can protect it.
He told me if shit ever hit the fan, my new bride and I would have a place there. I laughed it off at the time. As a young guy that was least of my worries. I look back now and realize what an awesome and considerate person he was.
Mormons are a little crazy IMO, and while I don't share their religious beliefs, I respect them and I even have a couple of them as buddies. But they can be dangerous, like any group.
