13 and suicides - 12 in the navy, 1 in the marines

Did not elaborate further, stressed "Trust and confidence" across chain of command

"Fell short of standards", but "not punitive or disciplinary"?

"Loss of confidence" in their ability to command..

USS George Washington... but none of the leaders served on the Washington..

So they failed, but we're not punishing them - and we're mentioning the Washington, but none of them serve on the Washington.

..Are they cleaning out traitors?
