Exactly right. Garland is setting up a 'narrative' to counter Russia's pleadings to the UN regarding the bio-weapon labs in Ukraine and elsewhere. These are crimes against humanity. The Russians have the signed documents of the State Department that implicate the Biden Administration/DNC/RINOs.
