Think closely about the gambit they are trying here. Given that the average age of a mass shooter is 35, and the average age of a murderer is somewhere between 27-29, why do we need to subject the under 21 to heightened scrutiny? Assuming that this is an effective means to save lives (it isn't) how does this do it? Overall, we know what they want to do to our gun rights. But I am asking what this particular policy is supposed to do for them...I can't understand it.
